Stress is inevitable. But it does not have to hurt us. In fact, it can be harnessed to create peak performance. Stress Fitness is the tool that allows us to do this.

What is the difference between type 1 and type 2 stress? In this podcast I explain the difference, give examples of each and provide simple ways (affirmations) to quickly release stress and enter a relaxed state of mind, body and spirit.

    • Yes! As the world deteriorates further everytime we check, the need to deal effectively with stress grows greater. the more people understand about the true source, impact, and relief of stress, the sooner we can begin to address the outer stressors as well as our inner reactions.
