The thoughts that pass through our minds create internal images. These internal images affect our behavior—the behavior of the cells of our body as well as the behavior of our body as a whole.
Guided imagery refers to the process by which one sets out to intentionally select their thoughts (Selective Awareness), so as to produce the imagery that will lead to deep healing and peak performance. By combining this imagery with intentional states of emotions, the behavior of the cells and organs of the body can be altered, and the overall behavior of and individual can be changed for the better.
