The human mind has a vast selectivityyou can, at this moment, think of any of hundreds of thousands of items at a moment’s notice. On the other hand, it has a limited capacity—you can really only think about one of those thoughts at a given moment.

In any given period of time, you will think of a series of thoughts. The quality of that series of thoughts will affect your mood, the physical state of your body, and its behaviors.

Selective awareness is a process of consciously choosing to guide thoughts to produce deep healing and peak performance of mind, body, emotions, and behavior.
